Last month, a group of Holocaust survivors asked Facebook to remove Holocaust denial pages. Facebook concluded that those pages, while "repugnant and ignorant," were considered free speech and did not violate terms of service.
Let's take a look at the page featured in one of the articles. It's safe to say that the posts speak for themselves.
So who is this "Tyrone Washington" guy who keeps showing up? He looks like a sockpuppet stereotype of a black man. Yeah, I know -- hard to imagine these racially sensitive folks doing such a thing.
Wonder if whoever created the "Tyrone Washington" profile was also responsible for "Kentuckyfried Chickeniqua?"

Billy Roper
Here's what the Southern Poverty Law Center had to say about Billy Roper:
Billy Roper is the uncensored voice of violent neo-Nazism. Whether he's admiring the 9/11 attacks or discussing his racial ideals, this one-time schoolteacher isn't afraid to celebrate genocide and mass murder.Let's take a look at Billy Roper's Facebook page. Lots of 9/11 conspiracy interests, in addition to the predictable racism and anti-Semitism. ETA: He's back.
Low-Quality Trollage and the Klan
Internet trolls have existed since before the first web browser, but some of the old-school trolls could occasionally be clever, albeit obnoxious. For example, the notorious GNAA developed and released a set of trolling tools. Facebook has trolls too, but most of them couldn't program their way out of a paper bag. So they deface memorial and support group pages. One of them was outed last month as a high-ranking Ku Klux Klan member with a history of violence.
Is he the only Ku Klux Klan member on Facebook? Hardly. We recently showcased some lovely Ku Klux Klan wedding photos, and it should come as no surprised that the bride got kicked off Facebook but is now back. For your viewing pleasure, we have two more Klan members.
Johnny Klanson has some interesting quotes.
"88" -> "HH" -> "Heil Hitler."
"AYAK" -> "Are you a Klansman?"
"AKIA" -> "A Klansman I am."
He has a classy joke about the Holocaust on his wall.
David Moyer lists a Klan organization among his interests, and also "snipers", "reloading ammo", and "the survival of the white race."

Merton Jewslaughter
Merton Jewslaughter's Facebook ID is "CutTheirThroats88." The "88" is also common with racists - the 8th letter of the alphabet is "H" and "HH" stands for "Heil Hitler." The "A.C.A.B." is a common criminal tattoo in the UK and stands for "All Coppers Are Bastards."
14 words
The "14 words" are popular with white supremacists and are sometimes abbreviated "14" or "14w." It was coined by David Lane, a founding member of a group called "The Order," which was involved in a number of crimes. Lane was incarcerated and died in prison in 2007.
The theme shows up in the "Aryan Resistance Militia" group as well.
Nazi Names
Some racists like to adapt names of high-profile Nazis. Below are a few examples.
Erwin Rommel was actually a very effective military leader who was forced to commit suicide after the Nazis uncovered a plot to overthrow Hitler that Rommel was involved in. Not sure if "Matt Rommel Wolf" realized that.

Confederacy and Racism
There are many people who are interested in history and Civil War reenactment that are not racist. However, there is sometimes an overlap between the confederate flag and racism.
"The Adolf Hitler Appreciation Society." Lovely.
"The Adolf Hitler Appreciation Society." Lovely.
Buddy Whiteman is Your Anti-Drug
Buddy Whiteman is into "The Turner Diaries," which has been associated with a number of violent crimes. He also mentions Alfred Rosenberg, a Nazi war criminal.
Buddy blames "the Jews" for a number of things.

Zionism, Illuminati, Freemasons, ....
"United We Stand Against Zionism" doesn't stop with Zionism. For good measure, they also go after the Illuminati, Freemasons, and New World Order.
They quote Adolf Hitler too.
It's interesting that they refer to Francisco Franco, the Spanish caudillo as a "statesman." Other people seem to have somehow gotten the idea that Franco was a fascist dictator.

Masters of Conspiracy Theories
When you see a group taking "The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion" seriously, you know you have a winner. According to Wikipedia, The Protocols is a fraudulent anti-semitic text purporting to describe a Jewish plan for world domination.
We see a quote by Kevin Alfred Strom. Strom isn't exactly a great philosopher; he's the former director of a hate group called National Vanguard who was convicted and incarcerated on child pornography charges.
The fan images get even nuttier. We can read "The Synagogue of Satan" for FREE online "in its intirety!" Or maybe we could not and just say we did.
It gets crazier.
And the ritual baby sacrifice nuttiness continues....
Here's another group that quotes "The Protocols."

It also has anti-Semitic images posted by a Steve McHargue.
Let's take a look at Steve McHargue's profile. He seems to have a lot of guns -- how reassuring.
Holocaust Denial
Holocaust denial is nothing new, and there are multiple groups on Facebook dedicated to it. It is considered anti-Semitic and is illegal in some countries.
Here's one that claims, "Within five minutes, any intelligent, open-minded person can be convinced that the Holocaust gassings of World War II are a profitable hoax." Well, if by "intelligent, open-minded person," they mean "bigoted conspiracy theorist," maybe so.
One of the comments accuses "the Jews" of "pushing Holocaust propaganda."
This group manages to get even more obviously offensive and anti-Semitic than the last one, which is saying a lot.
Let's check out their profile pictures. The first one says, "A Journal of Satire." Because what could lend itself better to satire than ummmm... genocide?
Since the offensive premise of the cartoon below apparently isn't enough, they also make the characters have big noses.
The one below throws in an obvious racial slur.
And we have another cariacature of a stereotypical Jew with a large nose. Some of the "Holocaust revisionists" pretend to not be anti-Semitic. Groups like this don't even bother.

Here's another obviously anti-Semitic one, with lots of allusion to Jewish conspiracies, and a link to a site called "jewwatch.com."
With the cariacatures of Jewish people, these Holocaust denial cartoons don't even pretend not to be anti-Semitic.
Here's a new one: the claim that most of the Jewish deaths during the Holocaust were actually the Allies' fault.
